Product Owner / Work Package Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility of all necessary activities within the Sonar software development, a software architecture taking into account quality, costs and dates as well as evaluation, delegation and Control all necessary activities within the framework of the Work Packages in Quality, Cost and Dates (QKT) Proactive further development and ensuring expertise in close coordination with the leadership to provide the necessary skills and further development of employees Qualification and development of the project team in a specialized Topics Consulting and support for product/project management, by customers (internal and external) in the context of software development and stakeholder management Reduction of complexity by further decompositions, creation and launch of implementation concepts and software designs

Higher education in the STEM field or comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in software environment and relevant professional experience as a product owner or in project management Designed project management skills and skills to manage work packages in terms of quality, cost and time requirements Professional leadership of teams with multiple software developers/testers and/or software engineers Experience with agile working methods in the software development environment
