General responsibility for operation, further development and optimization of central business applications (in particular ERP and DMS systems) while ensuring availability, performance and compliance Head of complex IT and transformation projects, in particular the introduction or Resolving ERP systems as well as active participation in IT and application strategy Control of the entire application cycle incl. Release, change and test management as well as establishing clear processes and structures Central interface function between disciplines, IT, external partners and Group IT including translation of requirements in implementable solutions Ensuring compliance with IT strategies, governance and security standards as well as reporting to management and international IT structures

Complete studies or a comparable qualification with the focus in IT as well as several years of experience in IT project and application management on senior levels, ideally in an industrial environment Found experience in the introduction or detachment of ERP systems (central focus) Very good understanding of business applications, IT architectures as well as operating and support models Experience in dealing with complex stakeholder structures, external service providers and international IT organizations Structured, analytical and result-oriented mode of operation and pronounced communication and enforcement strength
