Regional Manager in Residential Modernization (m/f/d)

You are the main representative for our regional customer groups and ensure the contractual implementation of our promise of performance in the housing modernization in the region You run a team of two group lines with associated construction lines You live exemplary leadership, pay attention to the adherence and strengthening of our corporate values and ensure a strong, trusting culture in your region You are responsible for implementing and applying higher-level strategies and processes in the region You are responsible for the care, design and implementation of both future and existing uniform processes You will ensure the achievement and compliance of relevant quality features and quality indicators in the region You build the region through new orders and extension of existing customer orders and work closely with the relevant business field management housing modernization You are responsible for reporting and the timely preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, forecasts and GuV invoices

You have completed your studies in BWL, real estate management, architecture, civil engineering or civil engineering with additional commercial training and have several years of professional experience in a leadership function You have extensive experience in the crafts, real estate or construction industry, ideally in the residential renovation You have experience as a management office or branch You bring very good knowledge in project management and business management and have already gained experience in managing a region with responsibility for sales and earnings You have a strong social competence and are a convincing team player (m/w/d) You bring good educational and methodological skills You have a proactive hand-on mentality without losing you in detail You're burning for CVP, automation, and Lean Construction and have first experience with AI application to optimize processes Up to 50% of your working hours are ready to travel in the region and overarching events
