Team Leader IT Support (m/f/d)

As a team management IT support you create an environment in which your seven-member team not only works efficiently, but also grows – professionally and personally. You opt for our customer support and set it up for the future. Leadership with Impact: You give orientation, inspire new solutions and coach your team. Hands-on & strategic: You manage the daily business and are responsible for change processes (e.g. in the field of AI support and self-service). Excellent customer service: You guide and develop our support team to offer our customers an exceptional service. KPIs in mind: You monitor key figures and make sure that our high standards are met. Teamplayer: You pack yourself and work closely with our other teams.

You already have leadership experience, preferably in the IT B2B area. A team-oriented way of working and the ability to motivate and develop employees is what distinguishes you. You convince by confidently dealing with demanding customers and fingertips in communication. You have several years of professional practice in the technical field. Your strength is not (only) in technology, but above all in managing people, creating clear structures and effectively shaping cooperation with other teams. You speak German fluently and have very good English skills.
