In our Competence Center Recht Benefits, you play a central role in all legal issues relating to occupational pensions, time value accounts and benefits. Together with your team and colleagues in the fields of actuariat, demography and international, you advise employers in complex design and change processes and create the basis for sound decisions. What you do with us:

• Legal design: You are redesigning, checking and reorganizing supply commitments over all execution paths and is responsible for the statutory assessment of employment, tax and social insurance.
• Mandatory responsibility: You advise management, financial and HR management in key decision-making processes
