Application Manager for our digital processes around the document (m/f/d)

Your impact As an application manager for our document management (DMS SER Doxis), you actively shape how we work with documents today and in the future – modern, efficient and close to our specialist areas. You are the central interface between technology, processes and people who work with our solutions every day. The task field Together with the team, you develop our DMS – from new features to performance tuning to migration to the cloud as a modern web application. You have a clear picture of how the system should create real added value for us in the long term and actively introduces your ideas. You are the first point of contact for our support team:inside – understandable, solution-oriented and at eye level. With your technical know-how, you will explain complex topics so that everyone understands, help with problems and ensure sustainable good solutions. You make sure that the system runs stable, accompany the maintenance and updates of the manufacturer and work closely with our operating team. You design and coordinate the further development of our DMS infrastructure – from system maintenance to the exploitation of automation potentials. You take the 2nd level support for DMS tickets and solve them quickly and pragmatically. You think beyond the individual case, recognize patterns, go to the ground and optimilate our solutions in the long term.

Complete studies in the field of computer science or a comparable discipline – or an IT training with first professional experience. Practical experience in supporting a document management system. Embossed communication strength, analytical thinking and a service-oriented mindset. Ideally experience with SER Doxis as well as knowledge in configuration with Doxis4 cubedesigner or similar tools. Experience in dealing with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle) and interfaces.
