Without you, nothing is happening: You support operations as well as the entire management team, operational and organizational tasks You take over smaller and larger projects in the field and in customer service Turning and fishing point: As a central interface, you actively shape the daily business and coordinate enquiries, dates and travel With your organizational talent you will receive guests and prepare meetings as well as location events You are integrated in the customer service location management and ensure smooth operation and the professional support of the reception staff In addition, you can create high-quality information, decision-making and presentation documents and introduce ideas to optimize internal processes

You have successfully completed a commercial training and can already demonstrate initial experience in project work Thanks to your organizational institution, your structured working and analytical skills, you can successfully complete tasks and projects Flexibility, creativity and self-initiative are the key to your work – even with spontaneous challenges, you can keep an overview Colleague: Inside convince you with your friendly, professional and binding appearance It gives you pleasure to present work results in Excel and PowerPoint vividly and professionally In addition to very good knowledge in the current MS Office applications, you ideally have first SAP experiences.
