As Trade Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Dermatological Skincare, you are responsible for the activation of Cetaphil, Excipial and Actinica brands in the stationary pharmacy. You develop effective shopper, POS and sales concepts, strengthen brand presence at the Point of Sale and ensure the successful implementation of national campaigns and product launches. In close cooperation with marketing, sales and external partners, you will implement activations that will increase visibility, recommendation and sales. You take over the control of central trade marketing projects and contribute to the further development of internal processes. Conducting market, competition and shopper analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for pharmacy activations and sales initiatives.

Planning, control and further development of POS and placement measures as part of product launches, seasonal activations and national campaigns.

Development, coordination and success control of promotional and activation measures based on defined KPIs. Creation of sales documents, sales-in-arguments, campaign presentations and other sales-supporting materials.

Control of trade marketing projects and close cooperation with internal interfaces and external service providers.

Responsibility for budget planning, budget control, reporting and continuous optimization of trade marketing processes.

Complete studies in the field of business management, marketing, communication or a comparable qualification.

Professional experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, brand management, category management, sales or a comparable sales-related marketing function.

Embossed understanding of shopper behavior, POS activation and the successful implementation of brand strategies in trade.

Experience in project management and a structured and independent way of working.

Analytical skills and secure communication and presentation skills.

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
