Currently, we are looking for a technical (senior) project manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) at the Munich site for a leading international company in the field of commercial real estate management. Our client supports customers from industry, industry and production worldwide and offers tailor-made solutions for efficient management as well as the strategic development of technical facilities and commercial real estate portfolios.

Self-controlling of new and remodeling measures in commercial properties including Date, cost and quality responsibility Consultation and representation of customers in all phases of the project – from the definition of requirements to the handover Creation of tenders and calculations, implementation of tenders, procurement analyses and contract negotiations Coordination of all facilities on site, including construction monitoring, status reports, meeting moderation and acceptance organization Responsibility for complete project documentation, defect tracking and QHSE-compliant implementation Change and risk management: assessment of changes, derivation of measures to ensure project objectives Care and development of customer and supplier relationships as well as entrepreneurial action in the provision of services Invoicing and verification, including inspection and follow-up

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, etc. Multiannual experience in construction projects, ideally in project management / construction management Funded knowledge of VOB/BGB Embossed team & communication skills High service orientation & professional appearance Commitment, independent & prudent work Flexibility and readiness Very good English skills desirable
