Are you willing to introduce your expertise in credit and develop innovative financing solutions together with our team? As an expert:in special financing (m/w/d), you have the chance to make complex credit decisions and bring your experience into the use of sales opportunities. Full-time At the locations Gütersloh or Herford Very close – your tasks with us: You independently analyze and evaluate investment projects from developers, investors and project developers in the real estate and renewable energies sectors. You shall vote and decide on risk-relevant credit applications in compliance with internal and external framework conditions (in particular strategy and regulatory). You accompany complex special financing and customer engagements including credit assessment.

This distinguishes you: You have a successfully completed bank training and a (bank) business studies or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in the credit business. You possess pronounced analytical skills and very good business knowledge. You combine an independent and structured way of working with a high level of risk awareness and willingness to decide. You are characterized by good communication capability, persuasiveness and solution orientation.
