As an employee (m/w/d) in customer service, you are the first contact person for our customers and help create an excellent customer experience. They work closely with other departments to ensure that all customer requests are processed quickly and effectively. Consumption, testing and collection of customer orders and delivery plans Ensuring optimal delivery time taking into account storage and material availability appointment planning in cooperation with MRP Introduction and maintenance of customer contracts and master data Ensuring correct correction Support of the complaint department

Experience in the commercial sector High quality awareness and customer orientation Good knowledge of English (in word and writing) Enforcement assets Negotiations Experience in handling Google applications
