As a dedicated STACKITEER, you will become part of our STACKIT Products division. Here we develop and operate the products and services that attract our customers. In your role as Engineering Manager, you take responsibility for building and managing a high-performance development team that will transform our visions into excellent products. Your focus: the design and implementation of our Data Platform Services.

Your tasks

• You support your employees' individual strengths and actively support them in achieving their career goals
• You are looking and finding the right candidates to successfully allow STACKIT to grow
• You are responsible for the design, development, deployment and operation of our Data Products and are involved in the creation and validation of system designs and the operational performance of the Services
• You carry out code reviews and make sure that the code meets our requirements. scalability, wartability and correctness
• You have a full understanding of the needs of your customers, answer the technical vision of the product and make a significant contribution to the roadmap

Your profile

• You are a Servant Leader with the passion to accompany people on their way and promote them according to their individual needs
• You always have the necessary skills to keep an overview in a fast, complex environment. Even with different, competing priorities, you keep the eye for the big and the whole and make it possible to deliver the best possible results
• You have several years of experience in developing and implementing software products with Golang and Kubernetes
• You have a strong problem-solving and communication capability
• You have optimal experience in the development, architecture and operation of cloud services
