Care and advice of our private and commercial customers in the interior (telephone and written) Creation, examination and management of insurance contracts Recruitment, comparison and coordination with insurance companies in the field of property insurance General office administration (telephone, post office and exit) Processing of contractual changes, terminations and supplements Support for damage recovery and treatment up to regulation Maintenance of customer data in the broker administration program Preparation of documents for the field and management Participation in the optimization of internal processes and digital processes

Complete training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or a comparable qualification Good knowledge in various insurance sectors (e.g. property, liability, motor, life or health insurance) Ideal experience in the broker business or in customer support in the interior service Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common broker management programs Structured, reliable and service-oriented operation Team spirit, communication strength and joy of customer contact High sense of responsibility and initiative
