Description Own-responsible costing of demanding construction projects in turnkey construction, raw construction or engineering construction Creation of quotations and order calculations Analysis and evaluation of tender documents Determination of quantities and collection and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier offers Development of performance registers and cost calculations Creation of supplementary and variant calculations Close cooperation with project management, purchasing, work preparation and construction management Participation in contract negotiations and optimization of construction processes from an economic perspective Use of modern costing software - especially RIB iTWO

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience in the calculation of construction projects Safe handling of tenders, performance directories and cost calculations Ideally experience with RIB iTWO or comparable costing programs Good knowledge of VOB and current construction processes Structured, analytical and economic thinking Self-responsible operation as well as pronounced team capacity
