Student Assistant Communication University Forum Digitization (m/f/d)

For more than 100 years, the Stifterverband has been designing the education and science system in Germany together with its members, sponsors and partners. The goal: to improve education and science, to strengthen the innovative power of society - independent, community-oriented, partnership-oriented.

As a nationwide think-&-do-tank, the University Forum Digitization (HFD) brings together a broad community around digitalization in studies and teaching, making developments visible and testing innovative solutions. To this end, actors from universities, politics, business and society are networked, accompanied and advised. Founded in 2014, the University Forum Digitization is a joint initiative of the Stifterverband, the CHE Centrums for Higher Education and the University Rectors' Conference (HRK). It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR). At the Berlin site, the Stifterverband is looking for a student assistant (m/w/d) communication for 15 to 20 hours per week to support the University Forum Digitization. The body is first terminated until 30 September 2027 (with option for extension).

Bringing your own initiative and Cleverness in all areas of our public relations work, in particular in the following priority tasks: Preparation of content for the HFD website hochschulforumdigitalisierung.de/ and especially the blog hochschulforumdigitalisierung.de/blog Editing texts and preparation for different high school target groups Creation of (Socia Media)Grafikens and Postings Cutting audio and video material If necessary takeover of layout and set of publications Participation in the HFD communication team on the further development of the website interest and talent based can be adapted to the task portfolio; Individual initiative and creative input are in demand

enrollment at a German university; technical reference of the study to the tasks is advantageous, but not necessary desire to use and develop skills and experience in an innovative network project at the interface between science, politics and business Interest in the areas of digital change and higher education Excellent ability to write good texts (in German and English) and to optimize texts Advantageous knowledge of content management systems Ideal experience in handling audio/video equipment and knowledge in Adobe premiere Analytical, conceptual thinking and working methods Interested in an agile and highly motivated team engaged and working at eye level, taking responsibility, introducing their own impulses and constantly learning something new and growing in the HFD
