Manage change requests: recording, prioritization and support of change requirements of our customers (Rhenus branches) - from analysis to billing. Translating customer needs into logistical concepts and creating IT solutions together with the software engineers. Analysis & Consulting: Assessment of the impact of changes, advice on standard solutions and alternatives in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Optimize processes: Together with customers, crews and developers, identify bottlenecks, improve workflows and introduce automation solutions. Cooperation: Close cooperation with stakeholders in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). Communication & Reporting: Create status reports, moderate meetings and inform stakeholders about progress. Ensure quality: test, validate and advance the continuous improvement (KVP).

Complete studies in the field of logistics, technology or business - as an alternative an IT-close training with well-founded professional experience in logistics. Operational professional experience in logistics, preferably in modern, WMS-based warehouse logistics. Multiannual experience in process or change management, ideally in the agile IT or logistics environment. High affinity and sound understanding of logistics processes and IT systems (ERP, WMS, TMS). Experience in handling tools like Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow. Analytical strength, communication skills and joy in working with different stakeholders. Current knowledge of German and English.
