Acquisition and support of an associated customer base in indoor and outdoor services Advice and sale of telecommunications products and services Ensuring efficient processing and maintenance of customer data Support in the implementation of marketing measures and the execution of customer events Collection of sales cases with further consulting needs and transfer to the relevant sales representative Self-configuration of all administrative processes

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for office management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in sales, ideal in telecommunications High customer orientation, joy in dealing with people and a pronounced communication strength Openness to new communication and collaboration methods and experience in work in virtual teams Careful and targeted operation Own initiative and a high level of willingness to learn
