Risk assessment and provision for customers according to internal guidelines Coordination with insurers in transactions outside the agency Treating and placing cover and cover concepts for insurers Creation of policies, coverage and cancellation notes and change indicators Own care and documentation of master and contract data Portfolio monitoring of the supervised stock incl. Monitoring of collection processes Support for customers, brokers and insurers as well as support for annual discussions Preparation of international insurance programmes

Completed commercial training (insurance, forwarding, bank, industry, wholesale) or studies in BWL, law or comparable discipline At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the transport insurance environment Knowledge of the independent support of sales partners Control of insurance-relevant procedures Basic knowledge of transport law Self-handling of transport insurance Knowledge in portfolio management of an inventory
