Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the further development and implementation of occupational health and safety concepts at our German locations (Fokus: Werk Vlotho) in close cooperation with internal and external contacts. Central contact person for occupational safety and interface with authorities, professional associations and other external institutions. Creation and further development of risk assessments as well as advice from managers and departments on suitable protective measures. Safety advice in the design of jobs, work equipment and work processes, including the selection and use of personal protective equipment (PSA). Planning and implementation of instruction, training and awareness-raising measures to promote sustainable safety culture. Coordination of security officers at the sites and participation in audits, visits and certifications.

Complete qualification as a specialist in occupational safety (Sifa) or the prerequisites and motivation to acquire this qualification in a timely manner. As an alternative, a technical training with training as a master or technician (m/w/d) or a completed engineering degree with interest in a specialization in the field of occupational safety. Ideally professional experience in working, health or environmental protection. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and a high degree of self-initiative. Representative communication and consulting skills as well as diplomatic skills in dealing with different stakeholders. Ready for occasional missions between our locations.
