As Manager Investor Relations (m/w/d), you are the central interface between the company and the capital market. You help to show the company's value perspective and strengthen confidence in investors and analysts. Care and development of relationships with existing and potential investors. Organisation and implementation of conferences, analyst meetings and roadshows. Answer requests and presentations for investors and financial analysts. Compilation of regular business and financial reports (e.g. quarterly, half-year and annual reports). Ensure that financial reporting meets regulatory requirements and is transparent and consistent with corporate strategy. Support in the preparation of financial statements and communication of financial figures. Monitoring and analysis of financial markets and relevant sectors. Creating market and competition analyses to support strategic decisions. Monitoring the stock price development and identification of market trends. Advising management and management in matters of capital market strategy. Development and implementation of investor relations strategies to promote the corporate image on the capital market and in the public. Proactive communication on corporate developments, financial key figures and strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the field of investor relations and corporate governance. Close cooperation with the legal department and the financial team to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Completed studies of economics, finance, BWL or a comparable qualification First experience in Investor Relations, Finance or Corporate Communication Knowledge of financial markets, corporate assessment and regulatory requirements in the field of capital markets Experience in handling financial software and common analysis tools German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good presentation skills and the ability to understand complex financial information High self-initiative, analytical thinking and a strong sense of strategic communication
