THE ROLE & THE TEAM

In your training as a mechatronic*in you become a professional in electrical engineering, mechanics and mechatronics. You learn to control and maintain state-of-the-art e-commerce support technology. Your training starts at 1. September 2026 – and in 3.5 exciting years you will become part of our strong technology team. During your training, you will visit the vocational school and the IHK in Offenburg and gather practical experience directly at Zalando Logistik in Lahr. Your training hours are from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.

Build profound knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic systems and collect know-how in electrical engineering, mechanics and mechatronics.

Get to know the technical systems of our process chain. Take mechatronic systems into operation, check them and eliminate disturbances.

In addition, you will learn about programming in automation technology.

Be an example to your colleagues by doing your tasks effectively and with high quality awareness.

With your enthusiasm for innovation, you drive our technologies and processes forward and develop yourself personally and professionally.

You share our enthusiasm for technology and are looking forward to understanding and controlling our conveyor systems and automation technologies. It is easy for you to think of yourself in technical installations and software with your good technical and mathematical understanding.

You want to constantly expand your knowledge to make our technical solutions even more efficient.

With your communication strength, you actively contribute to the success of the team. Your good knowledge of German in word and writing facilitates cooperation.

You bring a good school degree or stand close to it.
