You are part of a team that supports our internal customers (including engineering, production, sales, etc.) to expand the topics PLM and Master Data Management (MDM) sustainably On the topic of PLM Roadmap, you actively work with us and introduce the topics of our specialist departments. In addition, you take over the conception and accompaniment of the topics and projects included in it Together with our departments, you build a Master Data Management for our company and establish tools and processes Change management is your daily companion, which applies to the organization, colleagues, processes but also data and documents Ensure the integration and consistency of the processes, methods, product data and IT solutions developed In your role, you act as a moderator between business and IT/technology perspective

You have a completed (economic) technical study or a comparable qualification with a multi-year practical, relevant professional experience in the PLM environment You have a good understanding of business processes Experience in a manufacturing industrial company will help you start but no prerequisite You bring very good application knowledge of PLM solution and ideally have experience with CAD systems and ERP connections You are a team player who communicates with stakeholders and employees at all levels with the necessary fingertip feeling and is distinguished by sympathetic appearance and pronounced social competence.
