Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Advice and support of the company in all administrative HR processes and tools
• Administrative implementation of individual personnel measures, e.g. transfers and contractual changes
• Administrative support for recruiting activities
• Maintenance of personal data and creation of HR reports
• Support of HR Business Partners for relevant HR campaigns, such as performance, target and remuneration processes
• Participation in HR Business Partner initiatives and projects

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences or Business Administration
• First professional experience in human resources, ideally in personnel management or assistance
• First practical knowledge in SAP and safe handling of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Structured, service-oriented operation and pleasure in administrative HR processes
