As a product manager for our portfolio around the circular economy, you will be part of our mission, which you will shape with heart, mind and passion.

In your role as Product Manager (m/w/d), you develop a growth-oriented product strategy in close coordination with our management and the contacts of SAP SE. You will identify markets and customer segments and set up an accurate go-to-market strategy together with sales. So you are driving forward the strategic development of the product. But this is only the beginning: you are not only responsible for the conception, but also for the implementation and bringing your product where it can have effect.

You present our product to customers at management level worldwide. You not only support the PROLOGA sales team, but also actively support our partner companies in the successful placement on the market, based on the Value Proposition you create. Where it makes sense, you build a powerful partner network and strengthen our market penetration sustainably. In addition, you always have a look at the market, analyse it and then acquire ideas for the further development of the product and the development of new areas of application. You work closely with a motivated developer team that translates your vision into smart, practical solutions. Sounds like a job with responsibility? Right. And after one with Impact!

With your clear look for the essential, your structured and independent way of working as well as the necessary drive, you want to not only increase the visibility of your product, but also actively shape, enlarge and grow your range of responsibility.

Your many years of experience in the product management of industrial software gives you the necessary security to quickly manage yourself in the new and complex environment. In your previous work as a product manager of industrial software, you should have already gained experience in points such as: developing a portfolio strategy, developing a Go-to-Market strategy, Value Proposition Design or Sales Enablement.

You can also easily move on to management levels of large companies and convince with your very good English and German skills. You see international travel not as a burden, but as a way to discover new things and develop yourself personally. Accordingly, you bring a readiness of approx. 20% with us to make appointments with local customers and as you will arrive once a month at our location in Halle (Saale).

Through a (special)high school degree in the fields of Business Informatics / BWL / Industrial Engineering / Environmental Management or the like, you have acquired a sound technical understanding and can translate the requirements and wishes of our customers into the internal language of a software house.
