Consultant Selective Contracts and Special Care (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational management of our special medical contracts In order to fulfill the contractual performances, you undertake the establishment of contractual processes with the internal and external partners, for example for data exchange formats and workflows In addition, make sure that these processes are efficiently and practice-oriented for our departments You take over the contract controlling in terms of efficiency in cooperation with the controlling and sales teams as well as the medical controlling By observing market and competition, you identify and evaluate new contractual possibilities in integrated supply You represent our interests in contract-related working groups and networks and establish contacts with other potential partners to continuously develop our supply

Successfully completed studies in health management or comparable study programme of health care with a focus on economics Multiannual professional experience in health insurance and ideally additional pre-experience in a private practice, a medical association or a billing service provider with reference to GOÄ Very good knowledge of processes in the performance range of a GKV as well as proven pre-experience in the introduction and optimization of internal processes Knowledge in social security law, in particular SGB V Extensive analytical methods as well as excellent communication, moderation and negotiation competencies with which you bring together different stakeholders safely and convincingly
