novotegra GmbH is a manufacturer and inventor of the assembly system for photovoltaic systems of the same name and distributes its products to installers throughout Europe.

The assembly systems belonging to the portfolio are compatible with all common roof types and are characterised by high flexibility, reliability and high quality. Installers who build PV systems are supported with personal advice and a comprehensive training offer. novotegra GmbH is 100% a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. AG and has been acting as an independent company since 2021. All products are sold in Europe exclusively through the wholesale trade of BayWa r.e.

We are looking for you to become a parent company and would like to welcome you to our team in Tübingen as an online marketing manager:in (w/m/d). You are contact:in for all online channels (website, newsletter, partner portal) You opt for the novotegra website in close cooperation with website developers You take care of the implementation and further development of the SEO and SEA strategy Analyze website activities using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager You create and coordinate the content integration of texts, images, animations and videos based on the novotegra CD You develop marketing and campaign planning You enter our novotegra partners (advertising agent shop, partner portal, newsletter, partner visits, communication templates) Our international novotegra sister companies support you with marketing consultation

You have experience in online marketing and a sense of web trends and user behavior You have knowledge of CMS systems (optimally Typo3) and Microsoft Share Point You have experience in agile project management, ideally with Jira You know in search engine marketing (SEO, SEA) You have already worked with Google Analytics (optional data studio) You can apply the Adobe Creative Cloud programs, in particular Photoshop and Canva You have very good English skills You communicate clearly and value-estimatingly, you can take with others and work on the team.
