Quality Assurance Coating (m/f/d)

You carry out the acceptances and tests exactly according to the test specification, while ensuring that all tests take place at the scheduled time. You coordinate the exam dates, invite all parties involved and prepare the exams by compiling test documents, certificates, logs, proofs and building documents. You communicate the test documents across the respective interfaces and present them to the quality check point, to the customer, possibly the management and the TÜV. You prepare release talks, conduct them independently, carry out the audits yourself and check the test and deviation readiness in coordination with the master or 1. Worker. You evaluate test specifications together with the specialist departments, first test and deviation reports and accompany the construction-accompanying test during the manufacturing process. Standard, standards and regulations as well as test plan requirements are complied with by you, open residual points are clarified and the timely processing is monitored. You will continuously develop the QS processes and processes in the coating area, if necessary you will be optimised.

You can present a completed vocational training as a process engineer for industrial and coating materials (m/w/d) or for painter and painter (m/w/d), ideally you also have a training as a technician (m/w/d) or a comparable further training. You have practical experience in maritime corrosion protection as well as the DIN EN ISO 12944 and, if available, additional qualifications such as FROSIO or the KOR case. You know the methods as well as the standards of quality assurance and can safely apply them. You are familiar with 1‐ and 2‐K coating materials for maritime and industrial applications. Good knowledge of German and English with the willingness to occasionally travel abroad and abroad speak for you. MS Office and SAP S/4HANA can be used safely. You appear sovereign, are quality-oriented, loadable and have pronounced communication skills.
