Disposition and material control Ordering and ensuring material availability Identification of defective parts and organisation of purchases Requests and comparisons of offers Order and master data maintenance Verification of order confirmations Article system and care in the ERP system Supplier coordination and time monitoring Monitoring of delivery dates and quality Proactive clarification of deviations and escalations Advertising Processing and Reporting settlement of complaints

Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman or similar) Experience in disposition and purchasing, ideally in the project environment Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Negotiating skills and communication strength in German and English Structured, independent working and team skills
