In the course of growth and due to years of secure, very good order situation, we are looking to strengthen the existing team on behalf of our client for several project developers / project controllers (m/w/d) who, as contractor representatives and project manager, have the overall project in mind and work closely with commissioned service providers.

Participation in regional lighthouse projects in education and infrastructure Development and realization of school, administration and special construction projects Control of sustainable new building and renovation concepts Coordination with authorities, specialist engineers and internal interfaces

Professional experience in project management or project management of construction projects Funded knowledge in HOAI, VOB as well as in construction calculation, construction design and contracting communication strong, enforceable, sovereign in appearance Joy of responsibility, initiative and team work
