Team Leader Driving Service (m/f/d)

• You are the leader and first contact person for the bus drivers of your area • You always have an open ear for all themes around the driving service and ensure the flow of information within the team and within the KRN • You conduct employee talks and take responsibility for ensuring a proper operation (control/extension of driving licences, wearing service clothing etc.) • You are directly involved in the selection of new colleagues and organize their integration and training program • You take care of the annual holiday planning and make it possible to take into account both the needs of the drivers and the company • The constant exchange within the site, however, is obvious to you and you are going proactively to your colleagues • You are constantly working on special topics or smaller projects that further advance the cooperation, operation or passenger friendliness of the KRN.

• You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in a transport business and first leadership experience • You are in possession of the Class D licence, including the driver qualification certificate • With the usual IT applications (MS Office) you are familiar, INIT Perdis knowledge is a plus • You will find solutions instead of looking for problems • Stress resistance distinguishes you, and even in difficult situations you do not lose the sense of humor. • By your binding appearance, paired with intercultural understanding, you are considered a sovereign contact for all concerns. • You are working on challenges in a creative way and reducing complex topics to address
