This role is the opposite. You take responsibility for your own customers in our unit for production & logistics, holistic across the entire process chain. You are the first respondent to develop your customers in the long term and make them a real potential customer. Important because it is often misunderstood: This is not an AMS or ticket job. You're not working a queue, you're advising. You carry out workshops, go to the customer and actively talk to the topics that bring him on. And you get real freedoms, not fleas, but concrete. You are responsible for your own customer budget, decide yourself how to trust your customers and who you are going to do it, and plan your resources on your own. Your tasks You're the professional head for your customers who You call when it comes to their processes. This means: The whole picture instead of Silo. You penetrate the processes of your customers through the complete supply chain, from shopping to sales, and develop solutions that fit together instead of modularly assembled. You're in the workshop. You accept requirements, question them, think more than the customer himself and translate this into sustainable, clean SAP solutions. You'll stay until it goes. You accompany the implementation professionally and do not let your customers go through the entire project and service course. You see where more goes.
