Your expertise makes the difference – because you work closely with internal specialist departments, engineering offices and authorities and actively engage in specialist bodies of the Research Society for Road and Transport (FGSV). You are networked and professionally engage our building material examiners, business managers and sales staff (m/w/d) and support them in quality-relevant issues. You keep an overview of the design and management of internal projects focusing on asphalt and building material recycling. You are on site – and take care of the construction site, analyzes quality deviations and is responsible for professional complaint management. You are in the middle – and you are responsible for the factory's own production control at our six locations in Baden-Württemberg in the field of asphalt and building material recycling according to the applicable standards and technical regulations.

You are ideally bringing a successfully completed university degree in civil engineering. You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position, as deputy or senior manager (m/w/d) in quality assurance in the building material sector. You are open to new technologies and are actively driving innovations in the laboratory. You work proactively, independently and communicate clearly, transparently and purposefully. You are fit in MS Office, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. You have a valid class B license.
