Analysis, evaluation and further development of the diagnostic capability of Jungheinrich and Foreign Vehicles for the Customer Service Conception, integration, validation and lifecycle management of diagnostic solutions within the service and application landscape Designing requirements, governance and knowledge management for diagnostic processes and systems Definition of technical requirements for diagnostic applications and control of internal and external development partners Ensuring the quality of new diagnostic functions through test concepts, validation and rollout guidance Analysis, coordination and processing of error messages and control of solution finding with relevant stakeholders
