Analysis, evaluation and further development of the diagnostic capability of Jungheinrich and Foreign Vehicles for the Customer Service Conception, integration, validation and lifecycle management of diagnostic solutions within the service and application landscape Designing requirements, governance and knowledge management for diagnostic processes and systems Definition of technical requirements for diagnostic applications and control of internal and external development partners Ensuring the quality of new diagnostic functions through test concepts, validation and rollout guidance Analysis, coordination and processing of error messages and control of solution finding with relevant stakeholders
Complete study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, computer science or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in vehicle diagnosis, diagnostic applications, as well as in request and solution management Knowledge of validation, testing and protection of software and diagnostic solutions Practical knowledge in relevant diagnostic technologies and standards (e.g. CAN, UDS, DoIP, SOVD, ODX/OTX, ISO) Analytical and communicative strength as well as experience in stakeholder and interface management Innovation joy and enthusiasm for new technologies, AI and digital information and service platforms Readiness to travel in Germany and abroad Very good knowledge of German and English
