Our talent Acquisition Team is part of the eight-headed People Department and works closely with colleagues from all business sectors. Recruiting from the beginning: You support the creation and publication of job advertisements, test applications, organize interviews and accompany the entire selection process. Employer Branding: You're puggling our social media channels, developing creative content and helping to make our employer brand visible online and at universities. Implementation of your own projects: You bring your ideas into play and take on your own tasks in the field of recruiting and employer branding. You will get insights into other HR and business areas and work with different teams. Flexible work: Once a week you meet your team personally in our Düsseldorf office. On the other days you can work flexibly from the home office.

Studying with HR Focus: You are in the advanced semester of a study of economic psychology, social sciences, economics or a comparable degree course with interest in personnel and communication topics. Interest in recruiting and Employer Branding: You want to understand how modern recruiting works and how companies are building and making their employer brand visible. First practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained insights into recruiting, employer branding or active sourcing through internships or an earlier student activity. Structured and reliable operation: You also keep track of multiple tasks at the same time, go carefully and are someone you can rely on in the team. Own initiative and team spirit: You work independently, take responsibility and appreciate the exchange and cooperation in the team. Communication strength and creativity: You have the pleasure of sharing with people, you can prepare content according to target groups and introduce creative ideas, especially for our social media channels. Secure handling of digital tools: You use MS Office routined and work quickly and independently in new programs and applications.
