You go through three stations including a stay abroad in one of our subsidiaries They work on development projects for new technologies and products that are used as key components for the energy transition in the power transmission and distribution networks. They develop as an expert for the complex technical interaction of electromechanical or power-electronic actuators for voltage and load flow control, transformer and energy network You build your technical knowledge to increasingly take responsibility for the electrical design of our products and solutions They continuously advance the internal knowledge building in demanding questions of electrical engineering. On selected topics you will also participate in the discourse in academic research and international committee work

An above-average degree in electrical engineering, ideally focusing on energy technology, high-voltage technology or power electronics Ambition and curiosity draw High analytical skills, communication strength and willingness to further develop with us You have a safe occurrence, can inspire others and possess enforcement strength At best, you already have first practical experience at the chair with electrical components in the high-voltage environment as well as in project management, optimally in an international context.
