You set up machines and production plants, equip them and operate them independently in the ongoing production process. You monitor the production process, eliminate minor disturbances and ensure smooth operation of the plants. You carry out tool changes, material fittings as well as simple machine and plant maintenance according to maintenance requirements. You control the manufactured components using test plans, drawings and measuring devices and document the results. You ensure compliance with quality, safety and production requirements and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.

You have completed technical or commercial technical training, for example as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You ideally experience the operation of CNC-controlled machines or automated production facilities. You have a technical understanding, can safely apply work instructions and technical drawings and convert them with measuring and testing equipment. You work independently, reliably and quality-consciously and keep an overview in a challenging production environment. You are ready for shiftwork and convince by teamwork, flexibility and sense of responsibility.
