You build a pragmatic PMO, including role, mandate, processes and tools You translate the corporate strategy into concrete projects and programs You build a transparent project portfolio and tax it You communicate continuously and transparently with all stakeholders You prepare clear decision bases for the management and the board You prioritize and restructure projects when needed and work flexibly in critical or strategic projects

You have at least 5 years of leadership and experience in project management, ideally in building a PMO You have proven experience in building or developing structures and knowledge in governance structures as well as decision and control models You have a degree, ideally with technical, economic or scientific focus You understand classic, agile and hybrid approaches You are safe to use a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office programs You are an organizational institution and work structured, flexible and independent with knowledge of German and English
