Product Owner Salesforce (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of our Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management and Agentforce) Acquisition, prioritization and translation of professional requirements from different business areas into implementable Epics and Stories Leading role in the introduction of new salesforce functions Monitoring of rollouts and training measures Control and coordination of an external service provider for salesforce development (requirement management, quality assurance, planning, budget management) Close cooperation with stakeholders from marketing, e-commerce & cross channel and IT

Training with a focus on IT or online trading or a relevant degree Experience as Product Owner (m/w/d), Projektmanager (m/w/d) or Consultant (m/w/d) in the Salesforce environment, ideally focusing on marketing or service processes Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience in at least one of the following Salesforce products: Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud or Loyalty Cloud Understanding data architecture and data modelling in the Salesforce context (e.g. Unified Profiles, Consent Management, Segmentation Logics, Core Data Model) and knowledge of relevant data protection requirements (GDPR) Experience in controlling external service providers and in agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Developer knowledge in the Salesforce environment (e.g. Apex, Flows, SOQL) are a big plus Basic technical understanding with regard to data flows, APIs and third-party integrations desirable Ideally Salesforce certification as ''Platform Builder'' or 'Consultant''
