Your role With us you have the opportunity to optimally connect your studies and practice and to actively collaborate on exciting projects. So you gain valuable experiences, build your network and develop both professionally and personally. And you will: Data analysis: Support in the collection and analysis of process data from various enterprise systems. Application of Process Mining tools to identify process patterns and deviations in Celonis.

Process modeling: participation in the creation and optimization of process models. Support in the documentation of business processes and their suggestions for improvement in Signavio.

Reporting: Creation of reports and presentations to illustrate analysis results and potential for improvement. Support in the communication of analysis results to various stakeholders.

Project support: cooperation in processes optimization and automation projects. Support in implementing process changes.

Research and development: Participation in workshops and training to further develop knowledge in the field of process mining and process design.

Continuous studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related area

Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics as well as experience with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, Disco)

Understanding business processes and their modeling in Signavio or other bpmn modeling tools

Knowledge of programming languages such as python or database management SQL are advantageous

Analytical thinking and problem solving skills as well as very good communication skills in German and English

Interest in process optimization and readiness for continuous training and adaptation to new technologies
