Strategic advice: Analysis of the requirements of our customers and development of individual SAP EWM/TM solutions that are optimally tailored to their business models and create sustainable added value. Innovative process design: designing forward-looking end-to-end processes for warehouse management, logistics and transport – based on the latest technologies and best practices of SAP S/4HANA, EWM and TM, on-premises or in the cloud. Project management: take over the planning, control and successful implementation of (partial) projects to lead customer projects to a successful conclusion. Customizing and Implementation: Implementation of complex requirements in SAP EWM and TM by customizing, performing system tests and ensuring highest quality standards. Integration and interface management: Ensuring seamless integration of SAP EWM/TM in adjacent modules, as well as optimising relevant interfaces for holistic enterprise processes. Optimization of storage and transport processes: Identification of potential improvement in existing processes such as warehouse management, transport planning and processing as well as implementation of innovative solutions to increase efficiency. Presales and customer retention: support for presales activities, presentations and development of convincing solutions in cooperation with sales. Workshops and training: Planning and implementation of workshops, training of key users and support for customers in the integration of new processes in their daily operation. Professional coaching: support of the consulting team through professional coaching, knowledge transfer and active further development of our internal competencies. Knowledge providers and pioneers: developing their own expertise around SAP EWM/TM, tracking market trends and actively developing our internal methods and strategies.

Multiannual SAP consulting experience in logistics (EWM/TM) Ideally practical experience in S/4HANA Cloud and its introduction methodology. Passion for new technologies and joy in challenging projects. Experience in (partial) project management as well as coaching teams. Understanding the value chain as well as business and logistics processes. Communication strength, convincing appearance and the ability to understand complex topics. Readiness to travel and fluent knowledge of German and English. Team spirit, fun working together in a dynamic team.
