Debitor accounting Administration of open items Balances with debitors Examination of credits and charges Self-governing, monitoring and maintenance of debitor accounts incl. Coordination with sales and customers (optimization of the age structure of claims) Processing of payment inputs from customers including clarification of differences Maher Creditor accounting Support for Shared Service Center Brno Preparation of creditor counts Plant accounting Management of plant accounting (booking of accesses, departures and shifts) Booking of depreciation Coordination of plant accounts with the main book Conduct plant inventory in cooperation with all departments Main accounting Monthly and annual accounts master data maintenance in the main book and in the secondary books Support for external and internal audits Monitoring the implementation of new tax laws and their compliance Payments Determination of the Cash Forecast figures for reporting to Treasury Intercompany Netting Coordination of installations with the main book Tasks under the Sarbanes Oxley guidelines Compliance with all policies according to Sarbanes Oxley and LEAP-Manual Performing Testing per Quarter Special tasks Maintenance of internal process landscape

The ideal candidate has: Knowledge of financial accounting Experience in handling accounting software SAP Careful and structured working methods as well as strong numerical understanding Experience in the creation of monthly and annual accounts or willingness to incorporate Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Teamability, communication strength and high reliability Completed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting Multiannual professional experience in accounting or financial and accounting Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation
