If you work structured and have an interest in IT-related topics, you are right with us! Your Work Student Centre at SVA: To strengthen our team at the Würzburg site, we are looking for . The 'Central Information Technology (CIT)' Team is the central internal IT unit of SVA. It is responsible for company-wide IT projects, stable control operation and the further development of the internal system landscape. The CIT project management ensures structure, transparency and quality, from the idea to the implementation to the transfer to the company.

Insights into CIT-internal projects: Overview of internal IT projects of different sizes and thematic orientation. Project portfolio & operating management: insights into the planning, prioritization and control of the internal project portfolio as well as the interaction of project work, control operation and application management. Ideas & Requirement Management: Support for the collection, structuring and evaluation of ideas and requirements. Cooperation & Governance: Project-related coordination with internal specialist departments and coordination with information security, data protection, compliance and the AI strategy. Adoption & Change Management: insights into the monitoring of changes and support of user acceptance. Project implementation & Quality: Active cooperation in M365 and AI-related projects, quality assurance of project artifacts as well as support in the transfer to the regular operation.

You are an impersonated student (m/w/d): ideally in a course of studies such as business informatics, media informatics, digital business, business psychology, business administration / BWL or a comparable course of studies. Structure & Organization: You work carefully, think in contexts and keep track of several parallel topics. Own Initiative & Responsibility: You are actively engaging, working independently and not afraid to take responsibility. IT-Affinity & Interest in project work: You are interested in internal IT processes, project management and digital change processes. Tool- & System Knowledge: You are safe to use M365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); first experience with project or collaboration tools are beneficial (e.g. Jira, Confluence) Language knowledge: You can master German (C1) and English (B2) safely in word and writing.
