Project Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on customer projects and community management

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an inspiring personality that, in addition to project management, also drives the development and support of a community with passion. Our goal is to create a platform on which knowledge is shared and our project management is continuously improved through a network of dedicated project managers in the company.

They carry out customer and internal projects to ensure the project objectives in terms of quality, time and cost. They take over the analysis and optimization of existing project management processes. They are responsible for the development of best practices and standards in project management. They are responsible for building and supporting an internal project management community. They promote knowledge sharing and cooperation within the community. You take over the organization and implementation of community events (workshops, training and networking events etc.).

They have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in interdisciplinary teams. They bring well-founded knowledge in classic and agile project management methods (ideally IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum or Kanban). They have a pronounced communication and moderation capability. They have experience in building and managing communities or networks. They are characterized by a high degree of initiative, organizational talent, team spirit and empathy. They bring good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
