Our specialist domain is responsible for all IT applications in the area of logistics planning and control, as well as the warehouse and transport logistics of REWE Group. Our regional and central service is the first contact point of our regional and central stakeholders for all topics related to IT operation. Be it the phone, computer or printer - the team is competent IT solution provider for various locations in Cologne. In the background, we are also active for our internal stakeholders, so we operate server and network spaces at every location and thus ensure a smooth and secure running of the IT-supported processes.

Tasks that keep you posted: You're packing up: After successful integration, you actively support us in the user support and independently process bug tickets. You are on the front: when delivering notebooks and other hardware as well as the processing of goods. You take the lead: You are responsible for the new installations of workstations incl. Backup and restore as well as the withdrawal of old devices and their recovery. You're in the middle of it: Last but not least, you will get insights into project management and support our existing staff in carrying out various projects.

You are currently registered:r Student:in the (economic) informatics or a comparable degree program. We require good knowledge in the field of Windows 10/11 as well as Microsoft Office (365) and ideally you could already gain first practical experience in the IT field, as well as in dealing with Mac systems. Very good knowledge of German and a class B licence complete your profile.
