The core of your activity is the management of service-oriented phone calls and the written handling of new and existing business In your area of responsibility, the telephone consultation and processing of various incoming customer and customer requests With your talent in customer and customer contact, you will gain interest in our products and thereby successfully generate leads for our sales In the continuous improvement of our system landscape, your cooperation is in demand

Your way of working is characterized by a very high customer orientation, communication skills and strong persuasion You are motivated, resilient and willing to work in a flexible schedule within our service hours You are technically affin and can quickly work into different user programs You have a completed commercial training or have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance environment in the relevant area Ideally, you have experience in the field of insurance The body shall be filled in fulltime or part-time. You can also apply to us if you have not completed training in the insurance industry. We offer you the opportunity to develop with us and to acquire the qualification as an insurance specialist by means of a further training we offer. In case of successful training and if you convince us in customer service, there is also the possibility of a takeover/determination.
