Your tasks:

• Work on retrieval at different locations as required (24 locations Germany-wide)
• Short and medium-term operations as required (from weeks to several months)
• Introduction of new systems and implementation of projects in the restaurant sector in different locations
• Motivating and estimating leadership and further development of the service team
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere in our in-house restaurant for our residents
• Creative implementation of high-quality promotions, offers and events in the restaurant area
• Contact persons for our residents, guests and employees
• Planning and organisation of creative actions, special events and festivals in cooperation with the kitchen team
• Verification and implementation of all hygiene regulations

Your profile:

• Residential location flexible- Germany-wide deployment required
• Gastronomic training, ideal for hotel / restaurant specialist (m/w/d)
• Ideally multi-year experience in a comparable position
• Open and authentic host personality that goes to our residents with honest joy and kindness
• Experience in the care of trainees/traineeship of advantage (AEVO)
• High level of service and quality thinking and understanding of the special needs and wishes of our residents
• Good knowledge of the common office programs
• Very good communication capability, as well as good handling forms

Working time:

Full time 40 hours/week
