Strategic map of physical security and infrastructure: Analysis and further development of a nationwide map of physical threats (e.g. ATM breakdowns, robberies, infrastructure attacks) Identification of trends and systemic risks and derivation of strategic needs Technical classification of prevention and reaction approaches in safety situations Strategic cash infrastructure and positioning: Representation of the association in national bodies (e.g. National Cash Forum) Coordination of joint positioning of the German credit economy, in particular in the regulatory context (e.g. EU cash regulation) Analysis of risks and bottleneck scenarios in cash supply as a critical infrastructure State Resilience Initiatives / OPLAN: Conceptual support of state resilience initiatives (including OPLAN, National Security Strategy, NIS-2, KRITIS) Central interface to state actors in the context of general government pension schemes Internal bundling and coordination Resilience of relevant topics in the group Overarching resilience and integration function: Analysis of interactions between IT, physical security, cash infrastructure and other critical dependencies Development of practical guidelines and scenario catalogues for complex and hybrid faults Conceptual development of systemic crisis and reaction mechanisms Advising the management and members of the S financial group through structured analyses and classifications
