AI Governance Officer (m/f/d)

Construction, establishment and continuous development of a Group-wide KI governance for the ÖRAG/DA Group. Technical direction and further development of the AI standardization group incl. Coordination, earnings control and action tracking. Central coordination and consulting of departments, IT and governance functions for the consistent introduction and use of AI systems. Translation of the requirements of the EU AI Regulation (EU AI Act) and in coordination with corresponding rules (including GDPR, DORA, internal directives) into binding directives, processes, standards, templates and documentation requirements. Risk-based and user-oriented assessment and classification of AI systems and AI-use cases incl. Ensuring the completeness of AI governance requirements in coordination with the departments. Gatekeeper function for AI-use chases before production including Examination of the AI-governance conformity and submission of an approval or approval recommendation. Continuous monitoring of compliance with all AI governance requirements across the entire AI cycle. Conception and implementation of training and empowerment measures to ensure AI readiness and awareness of AI risks and obligations.

Complete university studies in economics, business information technology, computer science, law or a comparable degree programme. Good and resilient knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence, in particular on AI/ML and GenAI applications, typical use scenarios, risks and model, data and software lifecycle. Knowledge of the EU AI Regulation (EU AI Act) and related rules (in particular GDPR) as well as ability to classify regulatory requirements in a risk-based manner and transfer them to processes, standards and governance mechanisms. Multiannual professional experience in governance, risk, compliance, data protection, IT governance or comparable control and regulation functions. Experience in the creation and maintenance of guidelines, processes, standards or documentation as well as in the structured implementation of requirements in the organization. Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary stakeholders and in the moderation or Coordination of working groups. Very good written and oral expressiveness in German; Good knowledge of English for work with manufacturer, standard and regulatory documents.
