As a cook/cooker, you enrich our kitchen team with a unique mix of creativity, precision and a deeply rooted commitment to culinary excellence. Your role is crucial to orchestrate the symphony of the tastes that characterize our dining experiences and our first-class service.

Your tasks: You supervise the kitchen team, support the optimal workflow of the kitchen and inspire your colleagues with excellent performance Make sure that everything goes smooth in our kitchen and our guests enjoy a first-class culinary experience throughout the hotel You are part of a team that focuses on the satisfaction and comfort of our guests and responds quickly and positively to enquiries and problems You take responsibility for your tasks and make sure that everything is done on time and professionally You help reach our department goals and contribute to the implementation of hotel initiatives You work closely with your supervisor, control costs and stocks and make sure that productivity and performance are correct You build strong industrial relations, promote our corporate culture and live our values You ensure that all legal requirements are complied with and our best practices for internal and external audits are documented

Your profile: You bring experience in the kitchen and first supervisory and management skills You speak German and English You are a “Macher” with a “Hands-on” mentality Your commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy You have the ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks You are reliable and love working in a challenging environment Dealing with IT systems on different platforms makes you fun and falls easyYou communicate clearly and effectively
