Strategic and operational management of central purchasing Cross-location management of the group with the aim of achieving the best possible compatibility of cost-effectiveness, quality, customer satisfaction & delivery reliability Responsibility for contract and supplier management with focus on IT service providers, suppliers in the DZ BANK Group and other external partners Support for tenders and negotiations taking into account economic, qualitative and regulatory aspects Advising the specialist areas with regard to sources of procurement and the market situation further development of the internal purchasing and control processes also with regard to the interface to the central outsourcing management (ZAM) or Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) Active design options for further digitization of existing processes in purchasing and central outsourcing management (e.g. integration of a CLM tool in the entire bank) Monitoring and evaluation of service providers and outsourcing companies incl.
